It’s best to start with our Gentle, Yin or Slow Flow as we do offer 1:1 private instruction as well.

Absolutely! If you are feeling intimidated (which is very normal!) consider starting with our Gentle, Yin or Foundations Flow. Many of our clients choose to start with a private session to address their unique needs and build up their confidence for class - ask us about it! All of our knowledgeable teachers will help you find the pose that’s right for your body. With consistent practice, your flexibility will improve tremendously!

Wear clothing that allows you to move freely and feel comfortable. Many practitioners bring layers, since your body’s temperature will rise during the active portions of class and fall during final relaxation.

We suggest a mat and water bottle. If you forget, no worries, we got you. We offer Mat Rental for $3 and complimentary water. We also provide complimentary props (blankets, bolsters, blocks, straps, eye pillows) you may need.

Yes, we ask that you please register online for class to ensure your spot. You can download the Momence app or register on the website. Please note that failure to arrive for a reserved class or canceling a reservation less than 3 hours before the start of class will result in a $10 fee if you have a membership, and a class deduction if you have a class package.

Membership is our way of making yoga available to all — from the once a week warrior to the daily practitioner. These are our most affordable payment options. We offer flexible tiers for all students. These are auto-debited memberships but there's no minimum commitment, so you can cancel with 30 days notice by sending an email to info@unionyogaandwellness.com

Class packages are a set number of classes you can use for any class. Class packages expire 1 year from the date of purchase.
