POP-UP CLASS: Spinal Mobility & Movement

Join us for a movement-based class designed to improve spinal mobility, release built-up tension, and restore freedom of movement through the entire back body. This 45-minute session blends gentle, functional exercises with mindful stretching and breathwork to support a healthy, resilient spine.
We’ll explore movements that target the neck, shoulders, thoracic spine, hips, and core — helping to increase range of motion, improve posture, and reduce stiffness. Perfect for anyone seeking to counterbalance long hours of sitting, enhance athletic performance, or simply feel more spacious and easeful in their body.
SOUND BATH: Nurturing the Light Within

Through soothing sound frequencies and guided meditations, this sound bath nurtures deep relaxation while encouraging the setting of positive intentions. It's a time to release old energy and plant seeds for personal growth, transformation, and renewal, supported by the healing power of sound.

This special Prenatal Yoga Workshop is designed to support expectant mothers through gentle, mindful movement, breathwork, and relaxation techniques tailored for every stage of pregnancy.
We’ll focus on creating space in the body, easing common discomforts, and strengthening areas that support you during pregnancy, labor, and beyond. Connect with other moms-to-be, nurture yourself, and take time to slow down and honor this beautiful chapter of life.
No prior yoga experience necessary — all trimesters welcome.
